The best golf destination in the world - Costa Del Sol - is famous for its top quality golf courses such as Valderrama – host of the Ryder Cup and the Volvo Masters - and has quite rightly earned it’s nickname - Costa Del Golf.
Viajes Celtic Villa & Golf, as the name suggests, can arrange everything you will need for your trip. From the moment you arrive at the airport we will ensure everything runs like clockwork for you so you don’t need to worry about any aspect of your holiday.
We will arrange tee-times and club rentals at the golf courses you want to play during your stay and generally, as we have contract agreements with the best golf courses in the area, we are able to arrange your golf at a cost that is usually cheaper than paying direct to the golf course on the day. The green fee costs do vary from summer to winter and in most cases, the summer season when the majority of the special offers are available, only runs from June to August.
All you have to do is advise us about when and where you want to play and we’ll do the rest. When your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with your golf vouchers, information on the golf courses and, more importantly, directions on how to get there !
Below are some important points to assist you when planning your golf holiday:
* At the time of booking, we will need full names and handicaps for all players.
* The maximum handicap permitted is 28 for men and 36 for women.
* The handicap certificates must be shown to caddymaster before tee-off.
* Advise us on your choice of alternative courses in case your first choice is not available.
* Buggies and tuition can be pre-booked but must be paid for locally on the day at most courses.
* All Players need to take their vouchers with them to present to the caddymaster on the day.
* Your voucher is your booking guarantee and has our contact number for any questions that may arise.
* All courses permit golf shoes with soft spikes only.
* Normal smart/casual appropriate golf dress code applies at all courses.
* Players must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before their tee-off time.
* Some courses do not accept credit cards for buggies, refreshments etc to remember to take
some cash with you.
* Don't forget plenty of sun cream, water and a hat/cap is a must.
