The 8 nights are valid for use within a 12 month period from your purchase date.
(On certain days we may be able to offer an additional promotion of 14 months instead of 12, however as we are not able to offer this to everyone it is best to take advantage of the 14 month period - if it is offered to you - when you call us TODAY).
You will be issued with a Club Card that can be as flexible as your lifestyle.
You decide when and how you use your nights. You can split them up into 3 short breaks or use them all in one go, in fact, any combination that suits your requirements is allowed provided it complies with the terms and conditions of booking at your hotel of choice.
The hotels in our programme (currently over 1,400 throughout Europe) provide the rooms at this very low price (in some cases less than £8.00 pp/pn) so that you will decide to stay with them, use their facilities and experience their warm hospitality. All they ask in return is that you eat breakfast and dinner in their hotel.
A small selection of associated hotels may be viewed in our Information section under the heading - Flexihotels. The prices shown are the rates per person per night for the minimum amount to be spent for breakfast and evening meal.
As the price of the meals are clearly established and set before you confirm your booking, there are no surprises waiting for you, and prices start from as little as €12 pp/pn, for breafast and dinner.
Simplicity
Choose your hotel – by location (14 countries), quality (2 to 5 star) or activity (spa, golf, walking etc)
Decide how much you want to spend on breakfast and dinner per person per night. Please take into account when searching by price that some hotels are providing haute cuisine or gastronomic menus.
When you have made your choice and are ready to confirm your hotel all you have to do is call :

Once the hotel availabilty, details of use, cancellation policy and rates etc, have been confirmed your reservation voucher will be forwarded to you and all you have to do is pack your suitcase !
Please note that bookings at all featured hotels can only be confirmed through contacting the Bonovac Central Reservations Department. These offers are not available directly to the public and the individual hotel reception or reservation staff will be unable to confirm any nights for you or provide you with any information relating to booking except at the hotels public room rates.
Gift Cards and Additional Nights
An additional benefit of your Club Card, with its unique membership number, is the possibility to purchase Gift Cards for family or friends allowing the recipient the same travel flexibility.
When you require additional nights to top up your Club Card all you have to do is contact us direct on any of the numbers or email listed below. We will process your request and top up the additional nights to your account accordingly.

Bonovac Club Card Terms and Conditions of Use:
- The bearer of the Bonovac Club Card and their companion have the right to stay in a double room for the number of nights previously purchased and held on their account, in accordance to the specifications and terms of booking for each hotel.
- The card is valid for all of our associated hotels.
- The nights on the card are valid for 1 year/12 months from date of purchase.
- The only obligation of the bearer of the Bonovac Club Card is to pay for breakfast and dinner per person per night, in accordance with the terms and conditions of use as provided by each hotel and notified to the bearer at time of booking.
- The hotel can ask for prepayment, a deposit or credit card guarantee upon/before arrival/check-in and the bearer acknowledges and accepts that the hotel has the right to charge the full amount for breakfast and dinner for each person, even if the bearer and his companion have not availed of those services.
- The acceptance of the card is subject to the availability of the programme nights at the hotel.
- Hotel nights may be booked individually or all at once. Single occupancy may incur additional charges.
- The hotels have the right to change their terms and conditions of use during the life of your card, such as; the price of breakfast and dinner; the minimum number of nights required; dates of admission, cancellation policy; etc...
- Upon your request for a particular hotel and before the reservation is confirmed for you, you will be advised if there are any changes to the published hotel conditions of use.
- The bearer of the Bonovac Club Card and their companion acknowledges and accepts that any published information either printed or on associated websites is provided in good faith according to the information supplied to Bonovac by the hotel.
